Lifetime Guarantee
All blades have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects with our policy.
Blades breaking under “normal usage” falls under warranty. In this case, “normal usage” consists of blade on blade contact.
Things not covered include, but are not limited to: chopping down trees, demolishing a concrete building, or purposefully attempting to break your weapon.
Our wooden products – the wooden shafts of our polearms and axes, as well as our shields, DO NOT fall under our product warranty.
We can replace the wooden shafts of your polearm or axe for a fee. Just email info@sabersmith.com for your quote.
Dings, dents, and edge dulling are normal. This is remedied with typical edge maintenance like re-sharpening and polishing. The owner of the blade is responsible for this maintenance. We also offer this service for a fee. The fee price changes based on the product and amount of maintenance required.

Rust and corrosion also falls under required maintenance. All high carbon steel blades require oiling to prevent rust.

Our warranty only covers the original purchaser, and requires the original receipt.
You will need a written explanation of how the damage occurred, as well as all the parts and pieces of the original item.
Claims will be reviewed once the items are sent back and received by our office. Claims will be finalized within 4 to 6 weeks.
If your warranty claim is denied, you may contact our headquarters in Michigan and discuss the issue in a professional manner with Sabersmith management.
